QuickBooks Online Training

Are you using QBO and not sure if the system is set up properly?  Do you know how the Chart of Accounts works?  Do the amounts on your P&L look off?  Are there random Accounts Receivable or Account Payable amounts floating around?  Maybe you are brand new to QBO and want to get off on the right foot.  If any of these sound familiar, you are due for a 1 on 1 QBO training session. 

How It Works

Through an online screen share you will have the chance to ask questions specific to YOUR QBO system.  We will also provide best practices, tips and tricks to help you moving forward. 

The Steps

Send us an email at Hello@SensibleBusinessOwner.com, list your industry, entity type (such as, sole prop, LLC, S- Corp, etc.) and a couple of your QBO concerns.  We will get in touch with you to coordinate a time for the training.  Typical training length is two hours.  If more time is needed, we can schedule a second training at an additional cost.  Do you feel like you need less time?  No worries, we offer training in 30 minute increments.

The Rate

Get a 1/2 hour session for $57.50.   Don’t wait, tax time is around the corner, and slots are limited!

QuickBooks Online System Review

If you are using QBO and know you aren’t ready for year-end or quarter-end, but don’t know what needs to be done or how to do it, we can help.  With our QBO system review, we will give you customized advice to get you ready for year-end and tax time. 

How It Works

First, we will schedule a 15 minute phone call to discuss the process and learn more about your company.  Then we will review your system and provide a written report detailing areas that need improvement.  

The Steps

Send us an email at Hello@SensibleBusinessOwner.com, include your industry and a brief description of your concerns.  Also, include some days and times that are convenient for a call over the next seven days.  Once we have the phone call we will get to work!  We will review your QBO system and determine areas of concern and areas where we think you are doing great.  We will then send you a report detailing our findings.  The whole process usually takes about seven days.
